Hi, I'm Ilana! I’m a clinical psychologist who works with children, teens, and young adults to help them build coping skills and resilience, feel better, and navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and ease.
I specialize in working with clients with a range of concerns, from anxiety and daily stress to health-related challenges, such as gastroenterological (GI) concerns (Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Celiac Disease, Rumination Disorder), feeding difficulties (ARFID), chronic pain, and other medical conditions. I also support people dealing with worries, depression and mood changes, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment issues, and toileting troubles.
I use research-supported therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions. At the same time, I know that every person is unique, and I adapt treatment to meet people where they are, valuing their strengths and specific goals. I am committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can learn new tools, cope more easily, and feel empowered to take an active role in their growth.
